Actually, it does. Perhaps not as well with a bj as with f/s, but a little lube on the inside during intercourse allows the friction to be on your skin and not on the outside. A lot like how a female condom works. It is the only way I can tolerate a condom. Otherwise, all you really get is the sensation on your second skin. No bueno.
