Just helping out a little Ms Fine, the local staff is running a bit shorthanded currently.
You know how it works, volunteers/real life/weekend/holiday/blah blah. We get to things as quick as we can, quick just runs a little longer at certain times.

A true anecdote for you. A friend brings over his provider du jour over to my my place, where they are going to rendezvous for various reasons. They enjoy the lunch I make and she begins to eye the many potted tomato seedlings, more than 200,vigorously growing under lights. All of different varieties, therefore with different leaf types. Some are unlike any usually seen on cultivated tomatoes.

She is definitely intrigued and keeps on asking me, "what plants are these?" and like some on this board, find it difficult to accept a simple, truthful answer. While cleaning up after lunch I catch her trying to sneak bits of leaves and roll eyes at friend who rolls eyes back at me, trying not to Roll on Floor.

Just FYI, a single seed for a prohibited species can be in the neighborhood of $15, and that seed is smaller than the head of a pin. By comparison, a very expensive cucumber seed used in CA greenhouses is about $2 each, and a tomato hybrid about $1 each for the most expensive parthenocarpic varieties, i.e. those setting fruit without fertilization. So, not a bad business for indoor growers, if one gets the hang of it, even if just producing seed for sale from 1 + 1 pair!!

I am surprised the volunteer stack is so short, it seems there are many who know exactly how the task should be done, and are confident it can be done in such a short time that other aspects of their life would go unaffected by this volunteer position.

In addition, anytime I've inquired about the Mod position, not as a volunteer mind you, the answers have been vague and mysterious, as if they were protecting ancient treasures.

For my own part, I don't pretend to be half as smart as a Mod needs to be. Things that are clearly "obvious" to members of the boy's clubs...in various cities, not specific here...escape me. I don't even know what the extra c in thinck means! I lack the qualities, both benevolent and nefarious, to spin a small bit of power into free pussy. And I have a real bad habit of asking questions instead of confidently feigning knowledge. Nope, no Mod here.

By the end of June old JC might be balls deep in a new venture that might make him a better fucktard, so here's to that.
