I don't know what city ordinance says about that sort of thing. I'd argue that it's there to protect their clients cars due to the neighborhood being rough.

C. They are right that all the girls appeared to be in their 20s. (Are the age-deniers noting)?

I think why this article was written to bring attention to the horrible living conditions they live in. But it still cracks me up when all the girls are victims of human trafficking. Some maybe but not many

What a hack job. Typical pandering to the “trafficking” narrative. He forgot to mention the 6 grand they found was probably the ladies that worked there and they basically stole the money those women had been working for.

And to say the women were most likely trafficked from overseas and forced to come there against their will. And made to live and work there is incredible and irresponsible. Every one of them, as most of us who have been around a while know they are free to come and go as they please and some of them have apartments near there.

I like how he mentioned that the one mama was sitting on the ground next to a condom wrapper implying the its from that place. When in fact more likely from one of the 25 street hookers walking by.

I’m sure the owner of the building is so happy that the place that apparently sat empty for years and finally had good paying tenets gets to put for lease signs back up and go broke paying ridiculously high property taxes to the city that is ruining his business.

One thing is pretty obvious is how blatant these moron owners make their businesses look and how they put them just out there in front of everyone on a major road. Yes the place is a shithole but they have been trying to clean it up for years now and they are just making themselves a huge and EASY target. This new police chief can't get anything right so she will go after easy targets like this all day long and will make sure there is media to report on it to show that she is doing something.

They definitely mentioned the online reviews in that article. LE is reading and I wouldn't be surprised if there is a mole on this site from the News Media with Premium Access. Reviews from this site and others are being used as intel for LE and has been confirmed. The prosecutors in this case will bring up these reviews as evidence in any trial against Mamasan/Owner. Any customers arrested can be subject to their electronic devices seized by a warrant and ANY evidence found therein used against them. They may even find incriminating evidence on your device that isn't even related to the arrest.
