My desktop is a Core i5, 650 @ 3.2 Ghz, 4 gig of ram (usable 3.8), 64 bit OS. That *should* be robust enough.

That is a separate topic.

Start a new thread in the area where she is at or have her send a PM to the Mod in her area.

AMD 64 bit processor, Windows 7 Ultimate, Chrome Browser.

I live in Canada and although I am having no issues loading and posting to ECCIE, we have noticed a slow down in the forums in Canada. First started to notice this when the "Erotic Services" section on CL was shut down and people started coming to the forums to find SP's. So basically the servers are getting so many page requests that they cannot keep up to the new demand. Not sure if that is relevant in the US, but looking good in the Great White North. BTW -22F here tonight.....brrrrr.

I am running a very robust machine with Windows 7 and IE8 and have been experiencing this problem for a good period of time. I have so stated on several other threads about it over the past month. I immediately try other sites and have no problems and come right back to eccie and the problem is still there. I firmly believe there is a server issue. It is not any specific time or high volume time.
