If a girl is working that much to need a manager/pimp/booker or whatever then she probably just needs to cut back on appts... Lets do a little simple math here. 3 $200 appts 20 days a month is $12000 a month, and that is being somewhat conservative. I don't know about anyone else but I could live pretty well on that. Sure there are maybe 2-3000 in expenses for that depending on incall/travel situations... I can see why pimps want a piece of that action. Multiply that by 2-3 girls and double the appts per day (for quota you know...) and you are looking at 50-75k per month revenue.... All cash business also, so doubt much tax is paid.

The older more experienced ladies are never going to be managed because they have figured out through life experiences how to get around the corner. On a more practical note the vast majority of high end escorts in Kc are under some sort of management. Most if not all of the very high end escort business is never advertised here so any local girls are not a concern to them anyway. High end escort business -KC is probably around the 7th-8th largest area- is and always will be controlled by certain interests who are high end managers. My thoughts are that pimping is not all bad because in Nevada there is brothels that are ran by 1 or 2 people they are pimps. The ladies are free to quit when they want. I could be wrong but they are not forced in it by the people running the place. Not saying that all pimps are good but there could be a few good ones that treats the ladies right not work them like dogs and let them have days off where they can go and do there own thing. just because if there happy then there business will grow and it will keep the le off there backs because there running under the rader. Now if the girl ends up in the hospital then somebody might start looking in that direction.

Not sly, there are many posts that point out that many of you guys have no idea of what management really is. Management is not about being a big shot, how stupid. It is about organization, and finding and providing for valuable workers. For most managers, the most difficult part is identifying the workers who are looney tune, and moving them out.
