The end of the golden age of Rochester depends on what worked best for you.

But the agency's and tug-n-rubs worked out better for others.

add in big brother tracking your pager, cell and car. Nails in the coffin of it all. time ta learn what games one can walk or bike to.

So.....toss in a comment about Iraq & Kuwait to justify your comment about knowing ghetto's? Or are we talking about third world countries in this comment? I have friends that have been in those countries (wars) as well. They would certainly not classify Rochester as a "ghetto" after being there.
