I work in a well known Houston gunstore part time and today we are so flooded with people who still believe that the Feds are coming to take their guns away. It's kind of sad and funny when I watch them trying to hoard more ammo and AR lowers...even after the NRA announced last week that a Assault Weapons Ban ain't gonna happen. I've never seen so many people trying to get a gun at the same time and trying to buy the same thing : (
I made a bet with others that in 6 months at least half of these people who are hoarding shit, bitching and sometimes shouting at me, and complaining to my manager that he don't have enough AR's in stock and that he needs to order more...they gonna come back and trade or sell it back to our store at a huge loss. This is just sad and it is ignorance at its finest moment : (

Working at a gun store used to be fun and cool. My friends would become green with envy when I told them where I worked. Now I'm thinking of going somewhere else, it's 4:27 pm and I haven't had chance to eat something or to go on break...this is so sad. Swamped with too many people hoarding shit and getting mad and yelling at me because I don't have what they want to buy (9mm, 223, AR, AK-47) in stock, and the phones are ringing nonstop : (. (me standing and shaking my head)
