A lot of this sounds like common sense when it comes to personal hygiene and ambiance of the play space. Just happened with a regular of mine.... If I have requested an hour and paid for an hour, don't just leave after the first pop at 30 minutes. If I wanted a thirty minute session, I would have asked for that (and saved a lot of $$).
