I guess I should have added the obligatory Seinfeld line "Not that there is anything wrong with that" so not to offend people.

I think there is a huge difference between obese and just healthy. Sure, 50% body fat is not healthy, neither is 5%.

Eh...5% is really not considered unhealthy. Many professional athletes at the top of their game are around 5 % body fat. Professional bodybuilders at competition time will go down to as little as 3%. Anything below 3% is where you are going to start having problems. On the other hand , yea 50 % is pretty bad , about 1 Paula's doughnut away from a heart attack.
