As a former sailor, I've been around the world 3.5 times. And I can honestly say that no place is as racist as America...bar none.

But it's racism on every side. I'm pretty racist myself (against humans in general). Americans are pretty separated in everything from religion to sports to sex. And it's not even color. It's beliefs, sexual orientation, education, politics (remember when people could believe differently and be civil?)...everything. No matter what it is, Americans can find someone to hate. I would say that it's "sad", but it just is what it is.

imho i just feel, that with so many types of people in the world to try to draw a line, in something that has SO MANY SHADES OF GREY.... i've meet people who look white but are 75% AA or look AA but are 50% white, asian, hispanic etc.

so where is the line drawn for african americans? since there are reasons?

how much AA can a person have to be considered not AA? 80-20.... 20-80? does it just come down to .... this guy looks like a could have AA in him?

There is a reason it may appear that way.

America is the most diverse country in the world. What other country has mixed so many different races, cultures, beliefs and politics into one bag under freedom?

That makes America the least racist country in the world.

Just got back from Peru & Colombia. Didn't see many Gringos at all. The anti-white, anti-American, anti-el-gringo attitude was extremely obvious from the population. But I still love Latin America and its people..

We all see those signs, "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". Yup, they can, as long as they do not violate any discrimination law in doing so. They cannot refuse service based upon race which is what some provider ads do.

I am AA, this is the hobby, get over it, everyone has a right to conduct business and themselves in the way they choose. There is no point to gripe about it. Oh you don't see AA? FUCK IT, move on. I'm 63, spent my early childhood in California, teenage through adulthood in Louisiana before coming to Texas. Early exposure and cultural conditioning gave me a strong liking for white girls/ladies. If I'd expressed that early on coming up in Louisiana, I might not even be alive today. But through all the things I've ever experienced: beer cans tossed out windows, racial chants, signs over the doors and windows, disparaging racial jokes - one thing cut into me like nothing else to this very day. I pulled up at country store outside of Dallas and a lady - Caucasian - had just gotten out of her car to go inside ahead of me leaving her little girl about 5 or 6 years old in the car. When I opened my door to get out, the little girl looked over at me and the hatred in her eyes was so intense that it caught me by surprise. She hit the door locks and mumbled something at me, scowling the whole time I walked away to the store. I was actually shaken and hurt that a child could have that much hate inside them. Children don't have and carry that kind of hatred in them. It's learned and taught.

THAT was intense!! And unfortunately too much of it had some strong truth in it. There are far too many of 'us' - black men - who perfectly portray the ugly stereotype that buries the rest of 'us' in it. I vaguely recall another highly charged thread where a provider or two said something similar in that too many black guys treated them simply as 'tough steak' meant to pounded and tenderized, nothing more than that. I know it's all illusion here, but if that's the attitude a guy - black or white - brings BCD, why shouldn't a lady say 'NO' and refuse service.

But the bitches and ho's philosophy is not confined to the hobby world. It's seeped into much of the younger generation of younger men though it seems to be much more prevalent in black society than others. ALL women are seen as multi-hole targets to be banged and tossed aside. I just hate it's affecting decent guys and the way they are perceived and discriminated against because of it.
