I like the way you think. I've always figured that such an invitation would necessarily involve a visit to the ATM on the way over. When I was a younger pup (27 I think) and lived in San Antonio in a 2nd floor apartment. There was a really nice guy that lived beneath me on the 1st floor that had this absolutely smoking hot blonde "friend" (he wasn't interested in girls) that'd be sitting on the stairs now and then waiting for him to come home from work.
