The NBA policy exists because:
1. Nothing attracts attention like a black man arriving at a lady's apartment or hotel incall. Black males attract attention from hotel and apartment security like no others do.
2. Some men of all races (including black males) will avoid a provider known to see black clients. A published NBA policy benefits ladies by appealing to racial stereotypes that exist in the population of potential clients.
3. A perception exists in all races that most managers are black, so if a lady is known to live with a black man, it is assumed by almost all that he is a pimp. Black boyfriends of providers establish an NBA policy for reasons particular to each.
4. There are black pimps who write reviews, and attempt to recruit independent newbie providers indirectly via reviews and promises of access to their network of clients, who may not know of the arrangement.
5. Finally, there are black men like 8701 who attempt to circumvent an NBA policy out of spite.
