Impossible to narrow it down to ONLY one beer.
Sam Adams seasonal beers - Oktoberfest, Summer Ale, White Ale, Winter Ale
Blue Moon - Summer Honey Wheat, Fall Pumpkin Ale
Stella, Pilszener Urquell, Abita amber, Allagash, Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, several from Mendocino Brewing Co. in Ukiah, all named for various birds (Red Tail, Blue Heron etc.) Delirium Tremens (Belgian) and more that I can't recall right now.

Don't forget the Schlitz Malt Liquor!
Honestly, I've never been a big beer drinker. They say in large quantities it does horrors on a woman's figure. But they're good every once in a while. I would love to go on a 'beer tour' with a true sommelier (if you can call a beer expert that) and really explore what I kind I would like.

Nor have I. Now, put Grey Goose in a beer bottle and I'll drink with the best of them.

Also, all beer drinkers owe Louis Pasteur a big Thank You! Yes the same person who gave us Pasteurization. His research on yeasts, breaking out and identifying hundreds of distinct varieties, allowed the brewmeisters to get far more artistic than the previous fermentation by accident that was the norm for centuries.

OMG! I looove Blue Moon. It tastes like buttery corn on the cob, I swear!
The first time I had it was when I first toured Jackson, MS. I was ... very happy that night...

Don't believe I could pick 1 beer as being my favorite. When I was in Germany, many many years ago, most of the guys liked Parkbrau. They did export, but, I don't think it was to the US I have never found it over here.

Given my handle, it's gotta be the beer in my avatar--the old style altbier from Zum Uerige in Düsseldorf!
