Thanks, but I can't take credit. One of my roomies thought this up.

I just replaced a lady who retired last month, and a second one is retiring the end of this month so there will be two of us remaining for this year's toy drive.

This year will be my first to participate.

Monatery reduction helps most if the woman is normaly priced above my normal ceiling as it lets me see someone I might not otherwise see. EX: $275-$300 reg dropped by $50.

If its someone in my normal price range, a time extension would be more effective. EX: 1.5 hours for the price of an hour. Kind of a first meeting, lets get to know one another special

If I have seen you before and want to again, the option of extra time or a small reduction is very good. That way, I can choose which better fits my needs and pocketbook at that time. I see that as a thank you for being a repeat customer.

Specials such as an unusual location or theme would be nice on a less often basis. Private hot tub, out doors, things like that.

Doubles at a great rate would be attractive but for me less of a draw as getting the right 2 ladies that would work for me is not as easy as it might be thought.

For drawing in a new customer, a special rate is never bad. A special that combines both non-bcd and bcd activities in a package could be attractive as well. Especialy for guys like me. Like meet for lunch then go play. If your trying to get me back as a repeat customer, then keep the special private. Don't advertise it so I really feel its a special offer just for me. Never hurts to do a little ego stroking even if we know what your doing.

My thought would be to see what works for others, then try a few different things and see what works for you. If you can identify what works for a specific client or type of client, you can tailor things even better.

Specials are good. If a lady feels like she is getting less due to the special and that has an impact on her service then the special is "not special" ...

None of the above? or multi hour and added time? It can't be both. sigh I must not be reading that right.

As far as clients returning goes.....gents seem to come and go in the hobby just as the ladies do. I've gained and lost and re-gained regular clients in the year and a half that I have been providing.

I appreciate that you would ignore the specials of someone you really liked. I have regular gentlemen callers who feel the same, as do most of the ladies here. It's like getting a really nice tip when none was expected.

I would be more likely to take advantage of a special with a monetary reduction.

And, related to Reese's point, for me some of the most effective "specials" are unadvertised specials from ladies I've seen. When she says "next time you see me, it will be xyz" or "you'll get a 90 minute session at the 60 minute rate." It doesn't happen often, but it tells me that she really appreciates my business and it's such a pleasant surprise that the "next time" usually happens pretty quickly.

You could set a flat rate price for all girls at $100 that includes bare back full service with proof of no diseases and some guys would still bitch saying the fat girls should be cheaper.

Charge what you want or can get and still want to repeat the experience again. If people don't like it... fuck em...

All I ask is that if you choose to play the game here, do it honestly and save the tricks for the clients from elsewhere.

If a lady offer a discount that is $50 off of her regular price, I will look. Also if I have seen her before and she is offering 90 minutes for the price of 60 I will look.

Providing services they are not comfortable with are not a turn on, as mentioned before. If you don't like them, don't provide them.

She asked if these things would be effective as special offers, not as permanent changes. We have given honest answers that yes, sometimes a change in rate can have a positive effect. So can other things. This is far different than someone opening a thread and just telling the ladies what to do. The only post here that is not polite and responsive is yours. Why is that?

Max, we don't always see eye to eye but thanks for asking us our opinions. I hope some of the information was usefull to you and the other ladies.
