He was to go to trial in early November, but this has been delayed until mid-February due to some motions filed by the pimp himself.

His motions will be heard in late November, and if they have no effect the trial will be in mid-February.

He filed 3 motions via handwritten letters to the court, images of which can be downloaded as court records.

In one he makes a (frankly confused) argument that he wasn't informed that his parole was still in effect, and that being denied the right to obtain a firearm was a violation of his 2nd, 6th, and 14th Amendment rights. Based on this he asks for a dismissal.

In another he requests a dismissal hearing. He (again confusingly) claims he is being prosecuted under a law he couldn't have known existed, and is being prosecuted because he is Black.

In one he alleges "selective prosecution" and that his court appointed attorney is refusing to press that objection. Based on that he requests he be allowed to represent himself "pro se" with his appointed attorney standing by for possible consultation.

Your fourth paragraph confuses indictment and parole. While I'm neither an attorney nor do I play one on TV, to me indictment means a grand jury has determined enough evidence exists for a trial.
Confusing it with parole, that is being released after serving a portion of a sentence in return for acknowledging that should another incident occur the original sentence will be reinstated and you will return to confinement to complete the sentence, is incorrect.

Yeah, I noticed that odd use of language, which I quoted from court records, at the time I wrote the post. My impression is that he never served any time, and was free but constrained by the limitations that come with parole.

Sometimes the technical use of language varies from the everyday use, so "indictment" in this context may have some special meaning.

I'll see if I can get more on this.

Except that's not what happened.

The videos and other outing posts were made by the Pimp in revenge after !VI! quit the business. He did the same thing to punish his earlier prostitute eevee when she quit the business.

Well it's important to separate out the various aspects. What you note doesn't contradict what I'm saying

I'm not arguing that !VI! was forced into prostitution by the Pimp. It may have been something like this. Initially it was a consensual arrangement. Later !VI! wanted to quit. The Pimp may or may not have applied pressure at that time to stay in prostitution.

What is more certain is that in either case, when she did quit, he outed her out of revenge. And part of that was posting the videos.

(I won't go into it, but there was a third member of the LLC. That person has been accused by The Pimp of various entanglements.

It's also worth noting that The Pimp has recently started posting on Facebook again. This is probably via an intermediate as he is still jailed and I don't believe he has direct Facebook access.)
