Maybe this time. Next time they may luck into another Frisco haul. It was good to get some insight into how LE makes deals with these ladies to carry out the stings that make headlines.

Those charged on the 29th were just noted as Prostitution and more women charged than men for that night. Probably because they did not want to unlock their phone for LE.

Ahab11, they are talking about a different operation that the ladies were reporting occurred almost two weeks after that 9/11-15 sting which was later reported in the press (134 arrests).

I’m still not convinced both shoes have dropped from what Buckwiser has reported, but if this particular operation is finished there doesn’t appear to have been a lot of johns caught up in it. There did seem to be a higher number of arrests last week involving non-adult activity, which everyone here should agree is a good use of tax dollars.

Edit to add: it looks like I either skipped over or you added a bit more detail re: last week’s busts. I agree with your assessment.

3 charges does not a widespread multi county sting make. There are a few every day. Typically a few more on the week end.

Week of the 11th was part of the 134 person sting. That operation may not be concluded but since they announced it, I would think its over with the possibility of a few remaining busts to be made. It most certainly support the claim in this thread that busts are being made all over DFW unless they are just behind on the news from prior weeks.

I figured the “all over DFW” comment was based on how Buckwiser described other women in that thread responding with “me too” stories. He didn’t post those other responses so I may have been making too much of it.

It was interesting to see how many agencies representing much of the metroplex were involved in the 9/11-15 operation. It seemed like 80%-90% of the arrests ended up in the TC jail, but damn near every PD in DFW wanted to be in on it. When I saw the hotel address in this thread I thought it might be a similar situation; activity beyond TC, but TC is ground zero.

OMG no one said anything about there being a widespread event this past week.

Point being, by seeing 3 females charged with Prostitution in TC bookings they probably let a large number go without arrest. Why did they select those 3 on the 28th or 29th and charge them? Who knows but everyone agrees they are not trying to arrest women, but it would be foolish to think they are not collecting information from the women they do snare in these catch and release Stings targeting Providers.
