The last time, if I am not mistaken, it was based on percentage.
However, that may not be accurate either.
If you start eating right (in my case - no pizza, Vodka, icecream, etc.) and working out, you will loose fat but gain muscle.
Therefore, it is possilbe that you look thinner but not loose weight (if that makes any sense).
