I feel absolutely normal now. No chronic fatigue or anything associated with mono so I think I'm healed. It might have just been the flu, but I've never had lymph nodes enlarge. Ever.

But the last time I checked for HIV was just a few days before above said encounter. So I will be very nervously checking my status again soon.

It's too bad sex has to be such a demonic health bomb, and can't just be as innocent as "wear a condom, I don't want to get pregnant!"

Gonorrhea is actually common in the throat, not in the mouth though. Being DT'd ups your risk with that.

I'm pretty read up on the oral transmission of it (not sure if the retired lady DT'ed though).
