If you go by the numbers then you have to assume that WTF is a dishonest asshole. He is asking about "deaths" and not cases is the first clue. This strain is 70% fatal which mean to surpass ten deaths (his baseline) you would have to have about 15 cases. That doesn't take into how many people are exposed and the 21 day incubation period. So what I'm saying is that this is a sucker bet as we could have 100 people who have contracted the disease but most will not be symptomatic or dead. Now wonder WTF makes these stupid bets. He has waited the odds in his favor unfairly and according to the grapevine, he doesn't pay off when he loses.
