I'm thinking to open this up to Premium Members as well.
I can do a pretty decent job of creating a list. But, maybe some places should be removed from the list. Maybe, I can create a boundary of sketchy places not to go (high crime, etc)
But, I need help with that. I just need the intel.
There will be well over 100 hotels, possibly 200 when I'm done). Hotels in the local area isn't something the average guy or gal couldn't find by doing a google search.
But, with more collective minds, the better this product will be.
Thank you to Gottahavemore for your contributions. (I added all of those places you listed, except the one that will close soon.)
I also added a section for unique or got-to-see Restaurants in the area. These places on here don't have to be super expensive, just offer really good or unique food experiences.
One place would be Tudo, on Davis Highway. I've had the best Vietnamese food there in the US.
Also, thinking to create a bi-product using Google Earth, so people have a street view of the points as well.
