I can't imagine them keeping it up but stranger things have happened in the game of baseball. Losing Lowrie is going to hurt at some point.

That object rapidly approaching in the rear view mirror is the Texas Rangers' locomotive, kiddies. And don't look now....they're only 2 games out now.
Since May 3rd, when the Astros were 18-7 and the Rangers were 8-16, the two teams have been on different paths; (H-town) 16-21 and 23-11 (Big D) respectively.
Texas, by the way, also boasts a MLB best road record, 20-12.....which might prove helpful if / when playoffs roll around come autumn.
After it's all said and done, it may be the a-hole L.A. Angels or the Oakland A's who end up winning this division come Aug - Sept; who knows, right? Lots and lots of baseball remains to be played...........

But I thought Prince was a vegetarian? And yeah, better bring out another tray of eggrolls if Bartolo comes strolling through the door.

I think (in Prince's case) it's more genetics than gluttony. Ever get a load of pappy (Cecil Fielder) in his playing days? Granted, Prince is a big boy (but) he's still quite an athlete. After an off-season of weight-lifting, Pilates and yoga he's bounced back from last season's injury and is currently in the Comeback Player of the Year talk (if not, MVP).....but waaaay too early to talk that stuff, right?

Stealing home is more than ok in baseball. But stealing Astros inside player profiles and whatnot? What the Ducky Medwick is going on?
