Disaster assistance and relief

The list goes on and is too long to list.

WWII would have ended up very differently without a Strong Federal government.

Establish Justice,
Insure domestic Tranquility,
Provide for the common defense,
Promote the general Welfare,
Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity (Children)
