so true. it goes back to that lowest hanging fruit. pick what is easy and ripe.
and yeah, nothing will be accomplished. take porn, for example. when you had porn shops that sold a few videos and magazines, oh it was outrageous, need to rid our city of this scourge! the internet came along, and anybody can access any kind of porn in seconds. the fruit didn't lay low any longer. response?
forget about it. and they did. when was the last time you heard about pornography being a "problem"? more than 5 years, maybe 10. even the Preachers never mention it. probably because they understand their Flock can access anything in seconds.. and DO.
and, of course, there are still a few Porn shops that dot the landscape. nobody cares. in fact, people realize that the porn shops are MILDER than what their neighbors are viewing at home and work.
