Thank you for the bumper sticker wisdom.

But your point is what, precisely? Not voting? How will that improve anything? You will still end up with evil.

What an absurd question! What point do you want me to "prove"?

That Clinton has questionable morals? Just ask any of the RWWs on here (including you I suspect) and they will say it's obvious.

That Palin is a wacko? She confirms that every time she opens her mouth--I don't have to embarrass her any more than she does herself.

That ExNY would reluctantly vote for Clinton over Palin? He said so rather plainly, didn't he?

It sure doesn't seem like there is anything left to prove.

Why do we tolerate substandard candidates from our major parties? Why do we dismiss their lies and corruption? Or stupidity?

I refuse to vote for candidates who lie, or are demonstrably stupid. Regardless of party. It may be a cliche, but it's true. What choice was there between Romney or Obama? McCain or Obama? Kerry or Gore v W? Seriously? Is that the best we can do?

I voted proudly for Gary Johnson last time, for several reasons. First, I believe in most of what he stands for. Secondly, I'm unaware of a history of lying or corruption on his part. Thirdly, I wanted to be counted as a voter who refused the options granted me by the state-controlled media and the elitist establishment.

I get chastised for not choosing a Democrat or Republican, but how do you choose between tyranny or despotism? Arsenic or hemlock? Firing squad or electric chair? Whoever wins, the people lose. There is no real choice between the two major parties, they are essentially the same. I cannot bring myself to vote for a candidate who I know is not going to lead us toward liberty.

Romney? Obama? Who cares? The NDAA will still pass, as will the Patriot Act and other infringements on Liberty. Health care? Both candidates were determined to exert more government control over health care. Spending? Neither candidate was serious about cutting spending, reforming the tax code or reigning in the FED. The differences we see are just charades to deflect from the overwhelming evidence that on very serious and important issues, Democrats and Republicans are EXACTLY THE SAME!

So it's cliché. It's also true.

Proof? If listening to Palin herself doesn't convince you that she is a nut then nothing I can say will convince you.

I met Sarah Palin. Good looking woman, smaller than she appears on TV and smart enough to twist you idiots into knots.

so are you saying that your vote would be based solely on looks?

Just because she may be smarter than you would not apply to other members of the board.

Proof or evidence of WHAT, asshole?

Your refusal to specify what you want proof of is evidence you know you would lose any argument in which you advocated on behalf of Sarah Palin.

She was twisted into knots by Katie Couric, who only asked her very basic questions.

So, how smart can she be?

Here it is. I mention looks and brains but JCM only sees looks. Only you said something voting for someone for their looks unless you're talking about race and then Bjerk said it too.

Get this, in 2008 I voted for Hillary Clinton over Barack Obama in the primary. Definitely not about looks there. If you can't wrap your mind around it, McCain had already wrapped up his nomination so the only action was on the democratic side.
