Texas Penal Code - PENAL § 42.01. Disorderly Conduct
Texas Penal Code - PENAL § 30.05. Criminal Trespass
Texas Penal Code - PENAL § 28.03. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF. "(a) A person commits an offense if, without the effective consent of the owner:
(1) he intentionally or knowingly damages or destroys the tangible property of the owner;..."
Generally speaking those provisions are consistent with the Model Penal Code, which is adopted by most jurisdictions in this country ....
... when these hoodlums start getting "popped" for trespassing and vandalism the Liberals can start whining about "gun control" and then the WORLD will KNOW why they want "gun control"!
If I'm sitting at my dinner table and can hear a stranger yell "Fuck You" it is "disturbing my peace" aka "disorderly conduct" and most likely they are TRESPASSING on my RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY so that I could hear them inside my residence.
It was reported that this hooligans pounded on Tucker's front door so hard it was CRACKED ... that's is Criminal Mischief ... AND IT WAS AT NIGHT.
So, again from Texas, but generally consistent with the Model Penal Code adopted by most states:
Quote:
Sec. 9.42. DEADLY FORCE TO PROTECT PROPERTY.
A person is justified in using deadly force against another to protect land or tangible, movable property:
(1) if he would be justified in using force against the other under Section 9.41; and
(2) when and to the degree he reasonably believes the deadly force is immediately necessary:
(A) to prevent the other’s imminent commission of arson, burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, theft during the nighttime, or criminal mischief during the nighttime; or
(B) to prevent the other who is fleeing immediately after committing burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, or theft during the nighttime from escaping with the property; and
(3) he reasonably believes that:
(A) the land or property cannot be protected or recovered by any other means; or
(B) the use of force other than deadly force to protect or recover the land or property would expose the actor or another to a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

Amen my brother. Trespassing on a homeowner's land in Texas is a bad idea.
Sanctuary or the moral equivalent. If Tucker shot those motherfuckers he would be even more famous, and we would have the added bonus of fewer liberals, which is always a good outcome.

I never predict what a Grand Jury (or a petit jury ... or judge for that matter) will do, but if someone starts throwing his OR HER body against my front door (day or night) ... and particularly if I start hearing "cracking" noises ... I will have at least 2 holes in the door from the inside to the outside and a mess on the porch and I'll take my chances with the Grand Jury.
Also, if I hear the neighbors MUSIC while I'm eating in my house ... it's disturbing my peace and the enjoyment of my home. They will get a criminal charge against them, and I'll go to court and testify. I will ask them ONE TIME! That one time was YEARS AGO.

LL- thank you for the clarification legal post.
Unfortunately, Texas law does not aply in DC.
Must be a DPST exemption.
DPST- Democratic Progressive Socialist Totalitarians.

Apparently, a lot of things don't "apply" in D.C.
But I did notice the D.C. police are looking for the hoodlums.
So apparently, at least, the cops there got pissed. I'll be glad when the restaurant owners/managers start calling the police to shut down the mobs storming them and running off the customers with their ignorant bullshit. One these days the little pukes are gonna pick on the wrong guest in the presence of the wrong crowd. Then THEY can be REAL VICTIMS!
Although it is correct that Texas law doesn't apply to D.C. .... as I mentioned the States for the most part adopted provisions of the Model Penal Code, which adds some general consistency to the laws of the various states ... and .... a cursory look at D.C. law indicates that FACT ... although D.C. law necessarily has a greater intensified interest in protecting public facilities and their occupants ...
https://code.dccouncil.us/dc/council...2/chapters/13/
I believe a careful examination of the various criminal statutes applicable to this mob's outrageous behavior will indicated LE was justified in being pissed and seeking to identify those assholes.
Having listened to Carlson frequently they are quite fortunate that he is not an avid firearms/personal protection fan and therefore I suspect his spouse is not either. Other wise some body bags would have been necessary. Another Texas distinction.
Statute ON POINT: DC. CODE: § 22–1322. Rioting or inciting to riot.
You might want to read it carefully before you comment. That language is almost classic Model Penal Code.

He didn't. But I would suggest to the hoodlums that's not only against the law in Texas, but also in D.C.
Otherwise the DC police wouldn't be pissed, as well.
But personally, I think the little fuckers have no balls if they don't go pound on the White House front door while screaming "Fuck You" so loud the Trumps can hear it while dining with their family. They can always claim "1st Amendment Rights"!
Unfortunately they can't with the Carlsons.

It was actually a comment illustrating the idea that those cocksuckers can do that sort of thing up in Washington, but best not try that shit in Texas. Tucker should move to Texas.
P.S. Cougar High sucks.

I agree the motherfuckers should go to the place where they could make the most impact if they want to make the news - The White House. Pound on the door there and guaranteed publicity will go to them.

They lack the balls to go to the White House. In fact they probably waited until Tucker wasn't home to harass his family!
They should stick with burning libraries.

He's right where he needs to be, IMO.

A lot of Liberal Know-Nothings don't listen to him (or read him), so their assessment of him is generally based on Fake Opinions ...
... it lost the "News" label long ago.
