I don't negotiate rates with providers...never have.
However, it can be a bit questioning...when you prefer multi-hour sessions and there aren't applicable rates posted...
...or...you find a lady in the Eccie provider ad forum, who lists her rates in her showcase...then we pull up P411 to see if she is a member, she is...but has a higher rate listed than what she has posted elsewhere.
Granted, some will offer a P411 discount while some others jack their rates even higher just for being on P411.
So...questions come up.
1. Do you offer multi hour discounts?
2. Do I stuff your envelope with what you have posted on Eccie or P411?
Why would we offer a provider 300 an hour P411 rate...when her Eccie rate is 250?
Either pick a rate and stick to it...or back away from getting your panties in a knot if we have questions in regards to your confusing ad information.

Must be nice to make $300 an hour for a job that requires no training. For some people to make $300 an hour, they have to spend $50,000-$100,000 on tuition.
Many of you ladies do this because you don't want to work at Macy's for $8.50 an hour. It would take you ALL WEEK to make $300. Could you imagine spending a week's salary in one hour, on someone who may or may not look like her pics, who may or may not be in a good mood?
I get it, ladies. You gotta 'make your money' for doing this, but save all this 'cheap bastard' shit y'all like to throw at us guys. When y'all start spending by the hundreds for an hour of anything then come back and talk.

I agree with your point but if a guy only makes $300 a week he should find another hobby. I work on contract and when I am in between contracts I don't hobby at all. Ii only hobby when the cost has little impact on my bank account.

Fair enough, but people's money is their money, that they earn the old fashioned way, i.e. slow, in some boring cubicle, mechanical shop, construction site, or wherever. Working guys pay taxes on their money, too. The average joe's money is earned the hard way. People who make easy money tend to value it less. They're the flaunters and flashy spenders.
Quickly obtained = quickly spent. Slowly obtained = want to hold and save it more. I mean, we're not all in the NBA or is the CEO of a company. Just saying.

It's been my understanding that the "rule" on P411 is the rate has to be the same. Meaning she can't offer $250 on Eccie, but charge $300 when booked through P411 ... unless perhaps she offers on P411 an "eccie" discount rate at $250.

If you're bitching about rates, you probably shouldn't be hobbying or you are hobbying to much for your budget...simply put.

Just to be clear with you professionals, you would go to a dealer, even though the price is on their msrp, and they are professionals, and not negotiate the price ????? Btw, stating," high quality" doesn't cut it.
And if you don't like it, don't bitch about people going to BP
