I too have been ncns by coco more than once! Oh but the times I got to see her way over shadowed the others! Coco was and is one awesome provider BCD and will be missed!

When has Starbucks cursed out a disgruntled Dunkin Donuts customer ? Soothing chamomile works wonders. If you run into jerk clients, know what one attracts is a reflection of what you put out there.
