lol yes honey, you can call them. the prefer that you don't, but if you are in a situation where you don't have internet access, they will help you out.

In the interest of accuracy, I believe that Gina stated this is no longer true. Could swear that she made a post here sometime this year where she said that, whether by phone or internet, it does show the profile was checked. My memory isn't what it used to be but I THINK I saw it
