The deadline for RSVP will be February 4th. (this will give the weekend to get everything complied and have your invitation waiting for you in your mailbox come Monday morning.) No late requests for invites please. We would like to have a guesstimate of attendees set on Monday.


Remember: when you receive your invitation do not discuss where the M&G will be held or anything your invite has contained within....giggle

IDK I guess two threads got merged into one and in doing so the purpose of me starting a new one with the details as the first post got lost....

Tess and I have a few ideas we are playing around with that I believe will make some kick themselves for not trying to get to this one....giggle (no bathroom visits have been talked about as yet though..........GIGGLE)

I was chatting with Belinda today and heard that a previous meet and greet you actually had a provider come down from the other end of the Mississippi (as in Land of 10,000 lakes). Who is the farthest person who has confirmed so far?

These events have become pretty popular. Yes, we had a cheesehead come for one of the events, but usually it's local folks who make it a success.

I am a big fan of our M&G events, since it allows our community to get together, get to know each other in a social atmosphere, and learn about each other. I hope it helps both hobbyists and providers.

I would like to ask each of you to invite off your list of out of state friends. I have personally invited some of my girl friends from out of the area....giggle

From now on maybe we can put out a seasonal calendar so the M&G's can be incorporated into some personal calendars....a couple of the invites were RSVP'd in the negative because their tour calendars had already been set and Hattiesburg was not on them in February..... POUT
