Stars massively improved from last year. They no longer play the dump and chase. They increased scoring. Defense isn’t bad. Otter is great. This is Peters first year with us. How about we wait to see how he does with us before throwing him aside.

Monty was good and we might have had a chance to win if all if he was behind the bench in the bubble. Can they continue it into the playoffs is another question.

Great!

Being a season ticket holder for the last 7 years, I am definitely going tomorrow night with a provider who said she has never been to
a hockey game, because it is the regular season finale before the playoffs start.

Looking good tonight. Keeping the pressure on the Avs for first place in the Central. Any type of loss for them gives us control of 1st place (especially if we win tomorrow as well)

The regular season is over for the Stars. Colorado does have one game left. Dallas is one point ahead of Colorado at this time. If Colorado loses in any fashion, the Stars get the division, if they win in any fashion, the Avalanche get the division.

Last night we had to beat the Wild AND the refs. As shitty a game of officiating I’ve seen in a while. Blatant tripping calls not called. And if that wasn’t Targeting or Intent To Injure on Pavelski, nothing is.
Time to go after their best players, like Hatcher did against Roenick years ago when Modano was hit. C’mon guys. Send ‘em back to Minnesota in a hand basket.

I agree Prolongus, that ‘Embellishing’ (another way of saying Flopping) call against Robertson was horrendous!

It was a HELLUVA a game though, but that breakaway goal the Stars gave up to tie at 2 was costly!

A very good Oilers team took one on the chin, too, in their home opener giving up 3 straight goals to lose 4-3 in OT and gave up the tying goal with seconds to play in regulation!

Playoff Hockey, maybe nothing better in the Sports World!!

Hockey playoffs is the best playoffs period.

That wasnt fully on Robo.. his shot was blocked and they just caught us slacking on their counter that led to the tie.
We did play sloppy and bad to open the game.. they came into their own as the game progressed. I dont want to blame the refs for our losing.. we did stuff that hurt us.. but COME THE FUCK ON. Pavs had long let the puck go.. asshole charges from like 10ft away.. you can see he starts to leave his skates. That shit should have been a 5 minute major. There were a lot of penalties early on that should have been called on the Wild.. and if we score as fast on one or two of those like we did on our first 2... we would be up 1-0. But we also did not capitalize on the two in OT we got.

It was a great game. Otter was fucking amazing.. not much you can do when you turn the puck over basically in front of him. Its ok. It was just game 1. Plenty of hockey left.

Incredible playoff results last night!…All 4 Home Teams lost their Game 1 matchups, including the Colorado Avalanche & the Vegas Golden Knights…Three of the 4 teams lost by 4 goals each and the other one was by 2 goals…What are the odds of that?!

Stars came back swinging tonight. Great victory.. 7-3. Wild kept putting up a fight through the first half of the game but then we just took over and kept control of the game. The end was wild with 4 game misconducts, 2 on each team.

Hintz was just amazing with his hatty. Even strength, power play and a short handed goal. He could not be stopped.

Yeah, the Stars won’t be intimidated. And the Wild looked frustrated last night. Great series!

Was anyone else just hoping to see the gloves come off of 2 dudes and the Stars guy just pounding the shit out of the Wild guy until the refs dogpiled ‘em?!…I know I was!!!

What jackass coach sits his goalkeeper after he just had an incredible come-from-behind overtime win on the road in game one? Thank you Wild coach, I bet your Game 2 guy doesn’t start game 3!

Their goalkeeper was worn out. Maybe even before Monday’s game. Did you notice him getting his arms massaged on the bench during stoppage of play Monday nite? Razor did and thought their goalie was just tired.

I wanna see Domi smash Krill’s mouth. He might have had the refs not stopped it.
