How difficult is it to replace a garbage disposal?

For what it’s worth, I am somewhat functional with home repairs and when replacing one last year, I found that I had the most difficulties with 1) stuffing myself into 1 section of the split-door cabinets supporting the sinks; 2) holding a rather heavy/bulky replacement unit
with 1 hand whilst attempting to twist-mount the unit into the mounting point under the sink; 3) doing all of this while being knudged/sniffed/licked by a 125# GS, a 55# Bully and a 20# Pug...
