Just for the record I provided Marry with 4 references, whom I contacted myself to give them the heads up about an incoming verification request. All 4 told me they will gladly verify me. Out of 4 only ONE got a verification request from Marry and that ONE verified me. I lost my patience after 4 hours when I confronted Marry about not contacting the other 3 either by email or phone as she claimed. I even had a provider txt Marry in my behalf to provide verification.
I don't think was just a language problem, I think Marry was just sloppy at what she was doing and you lost a potential customer.
For other comments, I may have one review but not my first rodeo. I have more than 4-6 providers to verify for me. And no I don't trust p411 nor eccie therefore all my information here or anywhere in this hobby is disposable and won't tie in with my real identity. Not a problem to play it safe.
