The $$ signs are OK, as most folks are smart enough to figure out what they mean. And they are denoting a dollar figure, which is the whole point. Or they just write in the damn fee too $200/$250/$300, Still not understanding the difficulty here.

so "Fee: $ but was a Special" should be ok and better

Perhaps there has been some "Lax" enforcement of it before, but as I hope most of you can see, things are moving a little bit in this area. Everyone is complaining about it, and the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

idk about others, but I guess I just picked up a little quicker, I mean, im sure everyone started on something like BP, well, the rates are all over the place there, come on, its not that difficult to understand, what the hell is 2 roses. well anyone that has looked for more than one day understands it 200. but at same time, maybe rates shouldn't be something that finally determines PA or not, but I don't make up the rules, I follow them, and if I want PA, I put what is required, its not that hard
