Thanks Emmie. Always try to treat all providers with respect as they are providing a service to me. That is why I have reached out to try and understand what went wrong. If it was me, I am willing to learn and change as necessary. If not, then hope all is well on the other end as we all are human and should be shown some form of respect.

Your thoughts are not very convincing, I've not interacted with Nikki but for some reason I've found YD and Emmie very professional and polite and I'm guessing I would find the same to be true with Nikki. It is unfortunate that you can't seem to figure it out. It does not seem that hard to me. Maybe if you practiced what you preach..
