I'm sorry you have ringworm. Many providers suffer colds, flu and other minor irritations as a result of interacting closely with the public. As the other thread regarding your self-promotion is locked down, I hope that you can appreciate everyone's side (opinion) regarding the matter.

It is difficult for many members (myself included) on the board to find a way to justify the fact that you are a female contributing to discussion but yet not truly a provider as defined by the board rules, especially since the majority of your postings do appear to be self serving. Your presence is against the "status quo" established over time and probably would not have been allowed in other cities here on ECCIE . . . and further complicating the matter is that on the old ASPD board you would most likely not have been welcomed in the manner in which your participation was allowed here by compromise. Many old "rules" die hard and those policies were in place for some time . . although this is a new board and everything has changed, the mentality is still the same, purposefully. So it isn't that much of a stretch for people to assume that what held there holds here.

I do not advertise on ECCIE, I never have, not once. Nor did I ever advertise on ASPD. And, I do not currently include my contact information in my signature line or my image in my avatar although it is certainly my right to do so. I do not lack for clients. It is my sincere hope that there may be some manner in which you might find a middle ground to continue posting less the administrators find your presence too distracting and controversial thus deciding unfortunately to end your participation here regardless of previous compromise. Yes, although your participation has been discussed (at length) it does still feel that you are VERY disingenuous, especially given your blatant continued advertising in your posting here on ECCIE. Many times it "feels", IMHO, as though you take every advantage of the privilege to post that was extended to you here to find nothing but loopholes that are of personal benefit . . . and that can give a lot of people a much different impression of you than that which I believe you would like to convey . . And, as I tried to illustrate, it really isn't necessary to make such a spectacle of yourself to accomplish the goal of finding new clientele. Not all publicity is good publicity.

Absent your continued blatant disregard of the request that you not advertise, I doubt you would find that any of this would be of issue . . there are other ladies whom are registered members here on ECCIE and no controversy follows them . . . that may something to seriously think about, perhaps.

That gentleman (who was an older client of Plaza) passed away from injuries sustained in a automobile accident this last spring. He admitted his involvement in the fiasco at (of all places) Dennis' funeral.

Thanks for your opinion...I will address this issue once more, and never again. As I have no and never have had any desire to stir things up. While I can see how some people interpret some of my posts as ads...That has not been my main intention. Yes, I have posted pics...which is the main problem the mods have had with my contributions. In all honesty, I enjoy looking at pics of the other members...and I thought (at least some of)the guys would enjoy looking at mine. I'm still fairly new to this site...and am slowly but surely, coming to know what is acceptable and what is not.

Entire "careers" in this endeavor have been witnessed to have started and ended in less time . . . many times "board tenure" is measured in days and weeks, sometimes hours depending on the situation. I don't say this to be inflammatory . . . it is just a general observation. Normally, it doesn't take people that long to "catch on" and know what is acceptable (to borrow your words), but everyone is different and unique, which is what makes ECCIE such a wonderful place!

Thank you for your kind (and apparently, final) reply addressing the issue and detailing your intention(s), as I am sure it will go a long way to answering (concisely) any questions anyone may have regarding your continued participation.

Good luck with the ringworm, it can be quite a nasty, persistent fungal infection. But, it sounds as though you caught it early and with a medical professional that you have access to (I believe you mentioned your mother was a nurse), well, I'm certain you'll do well.
