I show specifics all the time. In this thread I specifically showed that Woodland Hills is a suburban school. The person I was referring to, who admitted that they don't hire black people, is a forum member, so if I call him out by name, the Dr. might ban me. Maybe the person will have the guts to say it again, but I won't hold my breath.

I’m the one that 1pitt is talking about. Why? I worked way to hard to build my business to let some MFing employee go to a lawyer or media whining about some stupid joke or perceived slight and have my business cancelled. In a time when labor is hard to find, does anyone think a businessman would rule out one particular minority without a damn good reason. Of course not.
I have hired and will continue to hire every other minority. I went down the AA route twice. Both times it ended in a shit show. One cost me legal fees. I won’t do it again.
Maybe the AA community can use all the advantages that they are afforded and build their own businesses. Literally anyone in that community can go to college, or trade school, paid for with my tax dollars if they can’t afford it. Build their own business or become a professional rather then bitching and moaning about what I won’t do for them.
Now back to the topic. Which is another handout the AA community is looking for rather than working on improving their own culture. Reparations.
Is that enough “guts” for you 1pitt?

Seems like they're measuring brain volume and then inferring low IQ's from the smaller volumes.

Did you read the link Chizz? It goes well beyond birth. That was just a starting point, which makes sense. It seemed pretty scientific to me. It did suprise me. I didn’t think there was a difference in regards to IQ. But I can tell you from experience, AA’s on average are better athletes. I don’t need to read a study to know that. I know that from experience.

Yes and no I guess. If you’re born with a smaller brain, you have to work a little harder intellectually and academically. I think that’s where J was coming from after reading the article. It started at birth and followed it up thru years of development.

Racial discrimination in the workplace is illegal and immoral. It's also something else that I'm not allowed to say. You're judging all black people by the actions of two black people. Sadly there are still a lot of business owners who think like you. That's why I don't have a problem with certain programs.

This is a good point. Saying ‘born that way’ rather than ‘at birth’ is a better way to put it. There are a lot of good books on the subject. Ashkenazi Jews are widely considered the smartest sect, although they’re hard to define as a race. Their average iq is close to 120.

Geez, I actually agree with you. I doubt Charley actually owns a business and operates the way “he” says “he”is. If so, he makes Trump look like a saint. Trump employed thousands of black folks. So, that makes Charley a bigot, racist and a Nazi.
