I'm pretty sure Santa was using "artistic license" and did not actually receive a letter a girl sent to Santa. The girl probably replied to the ad, sent in her info, and Santa then posted about her.

Yes,"letter to santa" is a term used for eons, It was simply a little fun way of creating what should be an enjoyable informative thread, Lorde is simply a moron there's just no point to responding to his stupidity. A street pimp thinking he will somehow manage to harm the business of The Elves is laughable at best.

I do want to address the more understandable questions raised here. Someone mentioned their concerns of being on a client list. They may be misinformed, Indy girls and pimps ALWAYS have a client list, it is a cell phone with their contacts in it, usually they or their pimp has control of it. It is the first thing LE takes and gains access to during arrest and prosecution used to show an ongoing business.

So what about The Elves? Good question which takes us into "The Membership" The Elves have a list of porn site members, we don't have a client list, quite legal and encoded so that each Member is only a number, nothing else, we couldn't tell you much more than that about any member as we do not keep other info. Our Membership is for life not reoccurring so that we do not need to retain any info. An Example, the only info we have on longtime client trekker he is listed as "MemBRTrek" and his hobby number, that's it, after all these years that's all the info we have on him! Ask him, he knows that! So what good would our list do LE? There are Lawyers in here, ask them how well that would hold up in court as an ID.

(Did you know? Santa does not have access to the membership list, not saying he could not get access, but at no time does he have that info or a connection to it via any device.)

Go see another agency lady and you will give up your name, place of work, and home address. Our way is better, easier, and safer.
I am sure there are many who have figured out that what we have done is to keep both client and Elf safe. We can go round and round but the simple matter is, joining a porn site and hiring a girl to create porn is Legal. We are by law a porn Distributor, An Elf is a porn producer. Making a statement that after almost 10yrs and thousands of satisfied clients and elves, this firm would do anything improper with someones safety is simply rude. Check the records, this firm has had less drama by people actually associated with us, than any firm on this board. If I may, without drawing the ire of the moderators or even Santa of all people. I for one, an admitted short term hobbyist, does not understand all of drama on this thread. People are doing what they have to do to survive this fucked up world. I probably will forever be banned by Santa, but I do like the argument he makes. I never really saw the "safety" of becoming a client, but I think I see the light. My only worry was illustrated in this thread earlier about who knows who I am in the real sense. That question is only in the hands of a few providers who I needed to become "verified". I hope my identity is safe and none of them have tried to contact me outside of my first contacting them.

If the people who I think are in the know, Trekker and GB being examples, seem to think that indys and agencies are worth the risks, then so be it. BP has so much danger attached with it that although I might look at it to see if the provider I want advertises on it, I will never use it again after an episode in an LC casino hotel.

Half of me says fuck it and become a member since you do have a variety of providers, and the reviews are pretty good. Perhaps if your elves would comment in the Coed area I would be more relaxed. Seems like there is something missing. Know what I am trying to express?

Finally, yea bad vibes about one or the other provider "types" may cause irrational behavior, I do believe that as a whole, we should be protecting each other from the bad element and LE. It is possible, isn't it?

Yeah I have caused myself some grief and the mods, but I am trying to assimilate to the eccie culture. I am not banned yet but have come close a couple times discussing issues frowned upon by management I have inquired about the elves before but never could convince myself to pull the trigger. One other issue is I can't hobby at the most desired times as I have to stay UTR.

I just really wish that the animosity would cease and when something bad happens we could blog about it and understand the cause/effect relationship. Maybe that has to happen elsewhere where there are no reviews involved which certainly has created drama for me. Bummer for me is that there are cute girls here that I have no access to for the time being.
