I like a QB who can run, makes the game more exciting. Hopefully Fields stays around when they dispatch of Wilson. Got tickets to the Steelers-Swifties game on Christmas. Not so sure I wanna go watch them get stomped, might give them to the kid and his GF.

They should use Fields more in Redzone/short yardage situations

Fields is 13/19, 0 ints in the Redzone, Russ 7/24, 1int.

Omar Khan deserves a raise. Anyone bitching about this Steelers team, up to this point in the season, is a miserable person who just feels the need to always be mad about something.

... Sorry there, mate... Tomlin and the whole coaching staff
surely "shit inside of their-own bed" last season.
The fact that they've now turned things around is nice
- but doesn't make up for last season's coaching debacles.
Or the season before's.

I don’t see miserable people here. I guess Tommy doesn’t listen to local talk radio. Or see what’s happening around the league. Is Tomlin going to the HOF, sure he is. Is he above criticism, no. ALL coaches get criticized. 7 years of mediocrity and not winning a playoff game deserves scrutiny. If they don’t win at least one playoff game this year, he’ll get his fair share of criticism. As he should.

Nah. They were saddled with terminal loser Kenny Pickett last year. Omar Khan did what needed to be done, and put Tomlin in a position to be successful for the first time in at least 5 years. Now you're seeing what that can look like.
Blaming Tomlin for Kenny Pickett being a shitty QB won't fly.

Nobody's above criticism, but Tomlin has been wrongly blamed for so much shit over the years, that a lot of Steelers fans don't even seem to realize what they got in the guy.
As for local talk radio, I'm almost always more accurate in my predictions than any of those overpaid haters are, so they're just laughable to me, at this point. They don't know the game of football any better than I do.

Tomlin drafted Pickett. And don’t blame Colbert. No way he would have saddled Tomlin with a bad QB on his way out the door. Tomlin wanted him.

Wilson gives the team the best chance to win. Every game.

Agreed! But you and I along with most pundits got it wrong when Tomlin made the decision. Which is a credit to Tomlin. He made the right call.
I’ve never been a huge Tomlin fan, but he is having his best season. One that should give him coach of the year.
Sure helps to have Omar Khan vs Colbert. Colbert was too passive. Never picked up the kind of depth we have now.
