Nothing beats the real thing.

I remember when I was working at the club there was a girl there who openly told everyone the story about how she had silicone injections in her ass. She claimed she had them done in a Houston motel room by a woman that had recently gotten out of jail. It looked alright (pretty unrealistic) but there's no telling what was put into her body and what kind of complications she could have down the road.

I have seen people with no butts get a butt from the right exercise !
She could have really bad issues and what if it cause an infection !
