Whoopsie...blimey not FAKE "news" again.

The claim: Wisconsin Legislature 'Will Likely Decertify State and Award to President Trump'

The disinformation onslaught of 2020 isn’t exactly reversing course in the new year.

The run-up to the Jan. 6 finalizing of the Electoral College vote brings us an example from Gateway Pundit, a far-right online publication.

The headline published Jan. 4 reads: “BREAKING: Wisconsin Legislature Announces Resolution To Be Introduced on Thursday Which Will Likely Decertify State and Award to President Trump.”

The claim isn’t true, and the story itself provides evidence of that.
Donning a patriotic mask, Dianna Grindstaff-Abbott assists citizens in the voting process at the former Shopko building Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020, in Neenah, Wis.
Bill says nothing about decertifying

The story begins with a paragraph largely restating the headline, then embeds a tweet making the same outlandish claim.

The story then links to and quotes the resolution in question, 2021 Assembly Resolution 3, proposed by state Rep. Scott Allen, R-Waukesha. The Republican-controlled Assembly passed the bill Jan. 4 by a voice vote near the end of inauguration ceremonies, which most Democrats skipped over concerns that COVID-19 precautions were inadequate.

47 Election USB Cards Are Missing.

"In all cases the chain of custody was broken. It was broken for the mail in ballots, the drop box ballots, the election day USB card flash drives, in all cases they didn't follow any of the procedures defined by the Board of Delaware County of Elections."

"I observed in the locked room in the back office 70k unopened mail in ballots. The problem was by that time the mail in ballots had already been counted."

"...virtually all chain of custody logs, records, yellow sheets, everything was gone. All forensic evidence, all custody sheets in Delaware county are gone."

"So we have 100k-120k ballots in question. If the democrats had followed there own procedures which they created they could exonerate themselves. But they can't do that. So if you can't certify 100k out of 300k votes --- then you can't certify Delaware county."

Savage Election Fraud Lawsuit Filed Against Delaware County, PA and Former SOS Kathy Boockvar

Yesterday, 7th Circuit law clerk Professor Margot Cleveland shared several shocking videos documenting premeditated, felony election evidence destruction in Delaware County, PA.

Last night a lawsuit was filed against county election officials and former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar. The suit begins:

“Defendants intentionally and fraudulently conspired to destroy, delete, secrete, and hide November 3, 2020, election data, materials, and equipment to prevent discovery of election fraud and election law violations in Delaware County, which the Defendants also conspired to commit and did commit while carrying out the November 3, 2020, election…

Moreover, when a May 21, 2021 Right to Know (RTK) request for election information and data was made with respect to information that is by federal and state law to be kept and preserved, the Defendants fraudulently and intentionally deleted, changed, adulterated, manipulated and/or obscured the information, data, and materials produced in response to the RTK request in order to hide their fraud and election code violations because they knew that they could not reconcile the previously fraudulently reported November 3, 2020 election results with the actual responsive information that they had in their possession and which they were required to preserve and produce in response to the Right to Know request.

Plaintiffs know this to be the case and can document this and demonstrate this by showing, among other things, that November 3, 2020 election data, materials, and equipment [were] destroyed including but not limited to V-Drives, Return Sheets, machine tapes/proof sheets/result tapes, Mail-In Ballots, Ballots Destroyed, voting machines, hard drives, paper documentation, Blue Crest data, correspondence concerning the November 3, 2020 election.”

The lawsuit further alleges that the fraud was outcome-altering:

“61. It appears Delaware County was the last county to submit its presidential vote total in the state potentially changing November 3, 2020 election results in numerous races.

62. It appears prior to Delaware County submitting its vote totals, Donald J. Trump was leading Joseph Biden by 7,515 votes.

63. Delaware County submitted [its] presidential votes total with a difference of 88,070 between the two presidential candidates. [Exhibit G].”

The entire document is a savage, painstakingly detailed account of criminal conspiracy to commit election fraud, backed up by video. Brian Cates writes:

“This filing is the real deal. It's exhaustive in it's research and citing of legal precedents. It goes into great detail… The people who put this filing together spent months on it. I can tell.”

This was shot down in December of 2020.

"No ‘Missing Votes’ in Delaware County, Pennsylvania
Claim: “Missing votes. In Delaware County, Pennsylvania, 50,000 votes held on 47 USB cards are missing.”

Facts: This appears to be based on one of the claims advanced by Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s personal lawyer, in his effort to overturn the election results.

Giuliani brought several individuals to the Pennsylvania State Senate Majority Policy Committee in a hotel ballroom in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on Nov. 25. Among them was Gregory Stenstrom, who identified himself as a poll watcher in Delaware County and alleged something similar to this claim.

The state Senate panel — made up entirely of Republicans — convened four days after a federal judge dismissed a Trump campaign lawsuit aimed at preventing Pennsylvania from certifying its election results.

Biden won the state by 80,555 votes, and the results were certified the day before the Gettysburg panel met.

At the panel hearing, Stenstrom claimed that, on Election Day, he saw thumb drives, called vCards, “being uploaded to the voting machines by the voting machine warehouse supervisor on multiple occasions.” Those uploads resulted in 50,000 votes for Biden, he said.

Then, he claimed, “as of today, 47 USB vCards are missing, and they’re nowhere to be found.”

Stenstrom did not provide any evidence that the cards were used to upload fraudulent votes or that Biden benefited from this purportedly illegal upload.

Delaware County officials explained to us that the vCards are used to transfer data from the paper-ballot scanning machines at each precinct to the central vote tabulating system. Uploading data from the vCards is part of the regular process for tallying votes — there’s nothing untoward about it. Other parts of his claim are also false, they said.

“The allegation that someone from the voting machine warehouse uploaded anything from any vCards is utterly false,” Adrienne Marofsky, the county’s spokeswoman, told us by email.

Nobody from the warehouse is trained to use the software that uploads the data from the vCards, she said. That job is done by staff in the bureau of elections department or the information technology liaison.

“This is not a system designed for mass use and it is not intuitive such that a new user with no training on the system could manage to navigate their way through it,” she wrote, noting that it’s possible Stenstrom might have mistaken the IT liaison for a warehouse worker.

Likewise, Marofsky said, “the report of 47 ‘missing’ vCards is false.”

It’s not uncommon for some vCards to be delivered after Election Day, she said.

“Within a day or so after Election Day, the vCards that had not been returned on election night were accounted for,” Marofsky said. “A number of them were simply left in the scanners by the local election board and were recovered when the scanners (which were put in sealed rolling carts called ‘cages’ at the end of the day on Election Day) were returned to the voting machine warehouse.”

Marofsky also noted that there are two fail-safes if a vCard were to be lost — the vote scanners’ hard drives hold the original data and the paper ballots are held in sealed, numbered bags in case they need to be rescanned.

Beyond that, Marofsky said, “Stenstrom’s allegations rely on the proposition that the Board of Elections staff was working in league with the Democratic Party to engage in a mass fraud. That theory makes absolutely no sense when one considers the fact that: (1) the Chief Clerk of the Bureau of Elections has worked in that position for Delaware County approximately 15 years, 14 of them under Republican rule… (2) the Director of the County Voter Registration Office has worked for the County for approximately 20 years, 19 of them under Republican rule… (3) the IT liaison to the Bureau of Elections has worked in that capacity for many years, all of them prior to 2020 under Republican rule.”

“These individuals—not Democratic partisans—ran the election in Delaware County and handled the counting/tallying of the votes in Delaware County. It is simply absurd to propose that after years and years of running elections under Republican administrations in Delaware County, they all suddenly became Democratic fraudsters overnight,” Marofsky said.

Also, the results of the 2020 election in Delaware County are on par with the results from 2016.

The county’s turnout increased 10% (there was a 16% increase nationally), so there were more ballots. But the parties maintained roughly the same share of the vote. In 2016, Hillary Clinton received 60%, while Trump received 37%. In 2020, Biden received 63%, while Trump received 36%."

Why do you keep posting stuff that's been debunked over and over again, bambino?

Maybe the folks on your preferred social media sites aren't yet willing to accept the truth, no matter how many times they're proven wrong. This 278-page semicircle is evidence enough of that.

You seem to be trying to convince yourself with the old broken record trick.

Kaekoa and ElmerFudd certainly haven't done a good enough job...

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Me email to all PA House Reps:

To All Pennsylvania House of Representatives:

Audit The Vote PA has wrapped up a canvassing effort in Lancaster County, and we felt it is important to share the results with you. As you can see, the anomalies are quite alarming, and show that the 2020 election should never have been certified. Keep in mind, these are the results of one small subset of data in one rural, red county. If Lancaster looks like this, imagine what Philadelphia and Allegheny look like...results to come in the next few weeks on those.

If you are following what is going on in Wisconsin, Representative Timothy Ramthun has introduced a resolution to decertify the 2020 election and remove Wisconsin's 10 electoral college votes from President Biden. We are strongly encouraging someone in our General Assembly to do the same thing. I will send county results as they continue to come in.

Regards,
Toni Shuppe
CEO
Audit The Vote PA

Lancaster County Official Results:
411 doors were knocked on and 256 surveys collected
• 37% of houses had some election anomaly occur
• 29.73% have some registration count discrepancy
• 21.17% have phantom registrations associated with their address
• 8.56% have less registrations on record than resident stated
• 26.39% of addresses had a different number of votes on record for 2020 than resident stated
• 17.13% had phantom votes
• 9.3% were missing votes
