Speculatively speaking, any handle that is active or inactive is eligible fair game to be tied to another, even a new handle by a member who formerly guested a previous one can be speculated about, as long as you do not name the guested handle and tie it together, you SHOULD be fine, but again, it depends on who it is.

Trouble is, if that is what your focus is on a whore review board, then there is something wrong with you. But, as we are all aware, Eccie is a popularity contest, not a true info exchange site, which is essentially why the trolls exist and are able to flourish.
