FBI Claims Jurisdiction and Yesterday Took Control of Shredded Ballots Being Analyzed in Georgia – Sends Them Back to Shredder
By Joe Hoft
Published January 9, 2021 at 5:02pm
The FBI in Georgia stopped the forensic analysis of shredded ballots, took the ballots away from the forensic team and brought them back to the shredder.
The Deep State is stealing evidence in Georgia related to the 2020 Election. Patrick Byrne tweeted moments ago:
Update on Georgia ballots: DHS had been trying to move forward this week. Two days ago FBI jumped in claiming jurisdiction. Yesterday 3 PM FBI took control of shredding truck and materials, directed they be returned to shredding operation and the shredding job completed.
— Patrick Byrne (@PatrickByrne) January 9, 2021 The FBI demanded that they had jurisdiction of the review of ballots in Georgia. Then yesterday the FBI took control of the shredding truck and materials and demanded the shredding operation be completed.

Now you're quoting the crap spewed by TGP. Totally false.
Fact check: Images from Georgia showed shredded wastepaper, not ballots
Social media users have shared images that reportedly show shredded ballots in the U.S. state of Georgia during runoff Senate elections. This is false: the photos show wastepaper, not ballots.
There is no evidence that the boxes photographed in Georgia on Jan. 6 were filled with shredded ballots.
The tweet was identified as having been taken at the Georgia World Congress Center in Fulton County. The BBC reported that the county’s elections director, Richard Barron, told reporters that the papers in the picture were not ballots, but waste from a letter-opening machine used to cut ballot envelopes

No, there were no shredded ballots found during Georgia runoffs. Papers seen in photo are envelopes

These charges of fraud are getting more ridiculous each day.

Yes I do.
There is a pile of shredded paper. No proof at all that they are shredded ballots. None at all.
So you would prefer to believe The Gateway Pundit which is notoriously famous for publishing fake news?
I realize that no matter how ridiculous the fraud charges are in Arizona, Georgia or elsewhere are, you will believe them because they support your POV. To pull of the amount of fraud necessary to give Trump victory in any of the 5 contested states would require collusion among many people for which there is absolutely no proof. Trump lost. Get over it.
"There are no shredded ballots. We’ve had no credible reports of this happening anywhere," Gabriel Sterling, a Republican who manages Georgia’s voting system implementation, told PolitiFact. "It’s a federal crime to shred ballots. It’s not happening, and if there was evidence as such, law enforcement would be called and there would be an investigation."

Actually, The NYT, WAPO, CNN, and Snopes are notorious for reporting fake news.

Can we see that "shredded paper"? No, it has already been destroyed. So there is no evidence that it was indeed just shredded paper? You have my word on it. Right.
Gabriel Sterling has a very evident bias, he failed to do his job this last election cycle. If he had, then no matter how the election turned out, all the T's would be crossed and the I's dotted instead of this disastor.
Margin of error? You do know what you're alleging? In Nevada there were 1.6 million votes cast. The margin was 4,000 or how can I say this so you understand...If 12 democrats each convinced 12 other democrats to fraudulently vote and they each convinced 12 democrats to fraudulently vote and those democrats each convinced 12 other democrats to fraudulently vote then you're have over 20,000 fraudulent votes. In fact, it has been alleged that some primary elections have been rigged in years passed by having the same strategy among democrats responding to polls. You know, a candidate is riding high by being up 8 pts in the polls a week before an election. Suddenly, another candidate comes roaring back and catches the other candidate and the momentum needed on election day to win. Don't be so naïve to think it can't be done.
When it comes to fraudulent reporting, you can't beat the Washington Post and the New York Times.

Again, you are making totally unsupported claims of voter fraud. The shredded paper was thrown out, just as used coffee cups and food containers were thrown out. To claim that the shredded paper might have been ballots is ridiculous. Hard to believe you are certified to teach with your "what if" thought processes.
There is no "disaster" in Arizona or anywhere else. That is total BS. The elections followed all required protocols, and checks and balances. The REPUBLICAN SOS in Georgia certified the vote and stands behind it 100%, as do all the individuals in charge in Arizona.
You've got NOTHING but will never admit it. Every fraud claim that you, Bambino or anyone come up with is quickly disproven using unbiased sources, whether it be disappearing databases or shredded ballots or any other absurd charges.
And I do not cite the NY Times or WAPO for the very reasons you just cited, even thought both are rated "Left-center bias" as opposed to TGP which is rated "Questionable Source", a major difference.
Overall, we rate The Washington Post Left-Center biased based on editorial positions that moderately favor the left. Due to two failed fact checks, they earn a Mostly Factual rating.
Overall, we rate the New York Times Left-Center biased based on word and story selection that moderately favors the left but highly factual and considered one of the most reliable sources for news information due to proper sourcing and well-respected journalists/editors. The failed fact checks that occurred were on Op-Ed’s and not straight news reporting.
Overall, we rate The Gateway Pundit Questionable based on extreme right-wing bias, promotion of conspiracies, and numerous instances of publishing false (fake) news.

62 state and Federal courts, including a SCOTUS packed with Trump* appointees, have declared no systemic voter fraud. Those still buying Trump*'s Big Lie have either been brainwashed by the right wing media machine that deals in lies and fake news or are a few bricks shy of a full load. Take your pick.

none of them ruled on evidence. some like to Supreme Court declined to hear the case. that doesn't mean that case can't continue i lower courts all the other cases were rejected not on facts but on jurisdiction and standing.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger appointed Sterling the COO of the Secretary of State's office after winning the 2018 election. [8] He became an independent contractor in November 2019, and worked to roll out the use of new voting machines purchased from Dominion Voting Systems for the 2020 Georgia state elections
he's not a state official anymore and wasn't in November 2020. no conflict of interest here that he was in charge of working with Dominion as a contractor, yeah?
