RE: the Mueller Report. Here's a fact you keep missing.

Who’s facts are you using Handjob Hanitys ?
Here’s a fact, Putin’s punk can be impeached for abuse of power and no crime has to be committed, but he has committed obstruction on more than one occasion. He lied about Flynn’s contacts, fired Comey over the Russia investigation, fired Sessions because he wouldn’t un-recuse and get rid of Mueller and open investigations on HRC.

yet Mueller could not build a case. forget that OLC policy. if Mueller could have made a case he would have. he failed to do so. now he's being shown up by Barr for the partisan hack he is. editing transcripts to imply obstruction when there was none. his so-called 10 instances of obstruction are worthless when you show the full transcripts that are now available.
Mueller does not want to testify because he will have to lie if he does. so have him testify. let the Dems go drag him into a hearing. he'll take the 5th every time.
your case for impeachment is over. it never existed to begin with and Mueller's attempt to misrepresent the facts has failed.

Volume 2/ pg 118
The President Orders McGahn to Deny that the President Tried to Fire the Special Counsel
Overview
In late January 2018, the media reported that in June 2017 the President had ordered McGahn to have the Special Counsel fired based on purported conflicts of interest but McGahn had refused, saying he would quit instead. After the story broke, the President, through his personal counsel and two aides, sought to have McGahn deny that he had been directed to remove the Special Counsel. Each time he was approached, McGahn responded that he would not refute the press accounts because they were accurate in reporting on the President's effort to have the Special Counsel removed. The President later personally met with McGahn in the Oval Office with only the ChiefofStaffpresent and tried to get McGahn to say that the President never ordered him to fire the Special Counsel. McGahn refused and insisted his memory of the President's direction to remove the Special Counsel was accurate. In that same meeting, the President challenged McGahn for taking notes of his discussions with the President and asked why he had told Special Counsel investigators that he had been directed to have the Special Counsel removed.

Hell yeah let’s have some hearings. But the committees can’t because a certain so called president is in obstruction mode by challenging each and every subpoena and losing in the courts. I’d wager it’s Don jr taking the 5th.

There already has been hearings. Trump provided over a million documents and let everyone testify. Didn’t claim executive privilege. Impeachment is a fools errand. Do you put cookies out for Santa Clause down at the fire hall? You’ll have a better chance of seeing him one Christmas.

Well, with all the people the Orange one has involved in his criminal behavior it’s likely I will misspell many more names. I’m out of practice but I’m certain you understood who I was referring to.Boy

c. Intent. Substantial evidence indicates that in repeatedly urging McGahn to dispute that he was ordered to have the Special Counsel terminated, the President acted for the purpose of influencing McGahn's account in order to deflect or prevent further scrutiny of the President's conduct towards the investigation.
Several facts support that conclusion. The President made repeated attempts to get McGahn to change his story. As described above, by the time of the last attempt, the evidence suggests that the President had been told on multiple occasions that McGahn believed the President had ordered him to have the Special Counsel terminated. McGahn interpreted his encounter with the President in the Oval Office as an attempt to test his mettle and see how committed he was to his memory of what had occurred. The President had already laid the groundwork for pressing McGahn to alter his account by telling Porter that it might be necessary to fire McGahn if he did not deny the story, and Porter relayed that statement to McGahn. Additional evidence of the President's intent may be gleaned from the fact that his counsel was sufficiently alarmed by the prospect ofthe President's meeting with McGahn that he called McGahn's counsel and said that McGahn could not resign no matter what happened in the Oval Office that day. The President's counsel was well aware ofMcGahn's resolve not to issue what he believed to be a false account of events despite the President's request. Finally, as noted above, the President brought up the Special Counsel investigation in his Oval Office meeting with McGahn and criticized him for telling this Office about the June 17, 2017 events. The President's statements reflect his understanding-and his displeasure-that those events would be part of an obstruction-of-justice mqmry.

Odumbo's former White House counsel, Kathryn Ruemmler, is defending George Nader who was one of Mueller's primary ~sources~ and who was arrested coincidentally for possession of especially vile pornography. It appears that with those kind of charges hanging over Nader's head, all Mueller and Weissmann had to do was write the lyrics to the tune they wanted Nader to sing -- a three part harmony: Mueller, Weissmann and Ruemmler.
Quote:
Mr. Nader received partial immunity in exchange for his testimony, and he ended up spending hours before a grand jury being questioned by prosecutors working for the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III.

Since it's now coming out that Mueller was doctoring transcripts (tampering with/withholding evidence isn't new to him), doubt can now be cast on every one of his allegations on obstruction. He wasn't obstructed and would get laughed out of court for even considering bringing this case to court. No wonder he's afraid to testify. Barr would hammer him for perjury just like anybody else.
