Wanna bet there was a "qualified" Black female that the majority if not all Republicans would have voted for and no Democrat would have? This isn't rocket science and it has nothing to do with color or gender, the two things Democrats like to harp on most that have virtually nothing to do with how Republicans support a SC nominee.
Brown said that with the invention of the internet, the "old laws" didn't suit her and "felt" they needed to be "reformed". That is the definition of an activist judge and Republicans don't vote for activist SC justices.
Simply as that but Democrats can't lose that race, gender card because it is all they have. ALL they have and the Independent's, Black's and Hispanic's are finally seeing that and they don't like what they see.
