I think we need some clarification here. Or maybe a translation? Whatever.

The fact that a senator did not object to the electoral college results in 2016 is significant because if at least one had, Congress would have required to adjourn to their respective chambers for debate and a vote on the subject. That did not happen in 2016 so Congress stayed in their joint session, debate was not allowed and the electoral college results were certified relatively quickly.

At least 1 member of each house of Congress challenged the certification of the results of Arizona in 2020, thus causing the joint session to be closed, both houses adjourned to their respective chambers for debate and a vote on the subject. This was a time consuming process and if not for the actions of your "highlighters of unanswered voter irregularities" probably would have repeated itself for each one of the other 5 states that are still in debate. This would have turned the election certification into an extremely long process.

Think about what you are about to post and make sure it is accurate before doing so next time. No matter how much it hurts you to do so.

I will not bother to address the remainder of your comments because it would not be worth the time and effort required. You would just dismiss them "on frivolous grounds" anyway. Or make another completely off the mark accusation that I was trying to "rewrite history."
I went fishing and hooked something. Usually I don't get anything other than an old boot but in this case I found that you know more than you let on. Everyone else accepted what I said but not you. I'll put this information away someplace. Another teacher (law)? A lawyer (constitutional law)? A masters in political science?

Anyway, here is the straight skinny from Cornell.

I won't count the reticence of the politicians as a screaming verification of the electoral vote. How many people know something at a wedding when the question is asked, "if anyone has any reason why these two should not be wed, let them speak now or forever hold their peace". No ever does. Same thing for those politicians. You know something, you think you know something, face it, there is not a lot of courage in the House or Senate.

Most of them are bought and paid for. Just like the Nevada senator from The Godfather.

That’s THE code, right?

If Cornell says so.

The point is... why is this the straight skinny and the law libary at, say, South Dakota wouldn’t? You’re selling too hard, JDB. Makes it hard to buy.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

The GOP-controlled Joint Legislative Audit Committee voted along party lines to order the audit to be conducted by the nonpartisan Legislative Audit Bureau. It will examine such issues as how the state maintains its voter rolls and when it allows voters to get absentee ballots without showing identification, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.

Rep. Samantha Kerkman, a Salem Lakes Republican and co-chairwoman of the committee, said she wanted to make sure voters are confident that elections are fair.

No significant problems were found with Wisconsin’s voting machines after audits and recounts in 2016 and 2020. All of the lawsuits by Trump and his allies alleging widespread problems with the election this year were rejected.

Democrats said they trusted State Auditor Joe Chrisman to handle the proposed review fairly, but that they fear Republicans will use it to disparage an election that Joe Biden won by fewer than 21,000 votes.

No claims of computer systems changing votes.
No claims of files being deleted.
No claims of ballots suddenly appearing.
No claim of any fraud at all occuring during the 2020 election.

In fact, there isn't even mention of a recount. Just an investigation centering on voter roles and absentee balloting to ensure the processes in place are working.

forgot about this one. this came out in January 2021.

ask yourself this, why is the FBI involved in this? this looks like blatant cover up.

FBI Claims Jurisdiction and Yesterday Took Control of Shredded Ballots Being Analyzed in Georgia – Sends Them Back to Shredder
By Joe Hoft
Published January 9, 2021 at 5:02pm

The FBI in Georgia stopped the forensic analysis of shredded ballots, took the ballots away from the forensic team and brought them back to the shredder.

The Deep State is stealing evidence in Georgia related to the 2020 Election. Patrick Byrne tweeted moments ago:
Update on Georgia ballots: DHS had been trying to move forward this week. Two days ago FBI jumped in claiming jurisdiction. Yesterday 3 PM FBI took control of shredding truck and materials, directed they be returned to shredding operation and the shredding job completed.

— Patrick Byrne (@PatrickByrne) January 9, 2021
The FBI demanded that they had jurisdiction of the review of ballots in Georgia. Then yesterday the FBI took control of the shredding truck and materials and demanded the shredding operation be completed.
