Upon review of the initial post again, it seemed like there was a debate intent - based on a statement of opinion, a backing of that opinion, why contra-views could be considered wrong, and an advocacy of your point in the affirmative.
Likewise, engaging with each poster, inclusive of line-by-line, is debate in nature.
Also, 'shaming' really does not work in terms of changing habits (which, by all rights, is what the thread is attempting to do regardless of the intent of the mind of the poster, similar to the concept of not being a debate, the OP did make all of this happen).
To truly not have been a "debate' then an original poster should never argue in the affirmative of their position statement to start off with. In fact, to show it not a debate, nor to act like one does not care, it may have been ideal simply to post the original thread and never reply.

Even though I have changed some things. I am still a "big" woman although not like most would think. I am also very beautiful... ESPECIALLY to the men who prefer my type. I know that I am a rare treat for many men. Not only am I not a "barbie" (& I like a slim fit figure on a woman as much as the next person) I am more, ample. I also understand that I will never be a thin woman, my body is typically an hourglass with full breasts and backside...even when I was a dancer. When I had a 32 hip and 29 waist my backside and breast were balanced.
(cup going from a C to a D by 19y).
So even when I reach my prefered weight. I don't think I will fit in to any BMI or HWP box on a universal table. Because at 5'4" I have always had the body type that I was born with... But I also understand that every man has his "type". From tiny-supermodel-thin to huge-mega-mama...to each his own. I am actually glad that there are all different kinds of women to choose from. Even Dark chocolate looses it's thrill if it is the only treat I have. So, if you are "blessed" to have the typical slim body, that is great for you. But I am blessed with a little bit ... more.

BEAUTIFUL SYNOPSES

First off, what does it matter what one person thinks is a definition of obese / etc. (be it scientific or simply opinion or what have you) and then disguises the argument such that said person is able to then volley insults at others (whereupon retreating to the 'oh no / it's a science thing / I care about you' camp after the insults are called out)?
If you are truly concerned about the health of others, a better way to have stated the case would have been one of compassion, acknowledging problems of health, and providing links to health centers at the various university sites that have these medical programmes in place to assist in losing weight without the cost of regimented things such as Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig?
I understand that "shock value" may make the case, and indeed may have gotten the thread noticed, but what it does is seek to inflame others away from your cause, and focusing only on the negative tone of the attack. Your cause was, therefore, not served in any way since the focus steered far from the (alleged) intent to help people.
Good debate on such matters is grown by bringing people together under a banner of facts, not by yelling upon the dais of hate speech masked in a pseudo-cloak of insults.

Fuck it.
I would say trim the fat, but...lol, how's about remove all the itty-bitty fuzzy wittle feewings from the equation (fair warning to do so was given at the outset) and, well, when is known fact really grounds for debate...the man has a point.

Thank god no...I work up there sometimes and the stench is enough to drive me insane...
He's still searching...finding, not so much...
P.S.-Now I'd pay to fuck Mikaela, but she's CBJ, and that kills my mood almost as fast as being fat does.

They did have one hell of a marching band back in the 90's. It was worth watching a half of lousy football just to get to see them perform.
