So you think that you can put a clause in a 'contract' that will protect you from throwing parties in which laws are broken. This 'social' contract that ever promoter of these socials winks at is iron clad? Do these folks that promote these socials also promote that ''everybody has been screened". Is that iron clad too ?

Let me get this straight p4p happens at socials where drinks are served and a door fee is required. Do you think the TABC thinks no laws are being broken? Do you think the promoter has no legal responsibility of say a woman getting drunk and oh say raped? Because as you pointed out drunk women do not have the abality to say no. If somebody is served to much to drink and drives and kills someone is the promoter protected from a lawsuit?

There sure is a lot of fantasy make believe shit going around at these socials. No p4p, all the guys are rich , gentlemanly and all the women are cover girl models and everybody I mean everybody has been screened, I mean vouched for by somebody else who was vouched for but nobody has to give out any personal information to go to one of these functions....Makes perfect sense to me.
