watched 'Shame' the other night with Michael Fassbender and from the director or 12 years a slave. It's about a sex addict. It was alright, not as gritty as i thought it would be.

I guess after see Gaspar Noe's Love 3D ( love on netflix) , i was expecting something a bit more shocking.
I did enjoy seeing all of Carey mulligan.
Question: After Brandon fails at having sex with marianne and calls a hooker over in the hotel, when the hooker is getting dressed, she looks at brandon toiletries, but makes a disgusted or 'Meh' face looking at one of products, what did she look at?

The shock value was to see Fassbender's character steep so low for a sex fix,,,He didn't even enjoy the homosexual act; he was acting out his addiction,,,It was like watching a train wreck helplessly unfold before your eyes,,,Carey was cute but her character was BSC,,,She kind of reminds me of a few women,,,I thought the toiletries were complements from the hotel. The hooker might have been familiar with the toiletries at most hotels because a whore regularly makes outcalls to hotels and thought the selection was subpar.
Batman vs superman was ok - it was entertains but ultimately a let downpour heaps of they had done man of steel 2 , batman, Wonder Woman, then this it would have worked better - give it time for the world to grow. AFFLECK IS GREAT AS BATMAN!!!
Just saw Batman vs Superman.....! I thought it was pretty good but it did seem they were trying to cram a few more super heroes to let on that they're coming..... I think this should have focused more on Batman and Superman and Wonder woman was a good mix....
WB/DC is screwing up majorly by allowing a select few directors lead the charge with all the upcoming movies. Marvel has a whole studio dedicated to it plus they're not afraid of swapping out directors accordingly. Yup - I like when movie sequels use different directors to change it up - hats one of the quirks of the mission impossible franchise - until now when the new one will be directed by Chris Mcquarrie again. I love Chris Mcquarrie ( see the way of the gun and Jack Reacher) but I enjoyed how each mission impossible had a different feel.
For some reason Way of the Gun doesn't interest me. I tend to turn it off not too far into the movie. The opening is a great scene though. Jack Reacher was a better than expected movie. The Suicide Squad reshoots? That's fucked up if the only jokes in the movie were the ones we saw in the trailer.
Why is Wonder Woman so skinny? I mean the woman playing her is hot and all but WW should be thick. She is suppose to be Amazon sized? There is already the hot chic LL and she is certainly hot so why the need for another twig? Off my soapbox now... It was an ok movie. The movie left a lot lacking but in the end worth while seeing in a theater.
