If left solely to learned scholars and philosophers to wrangle over, you might eventually be given a defined answer per your question. However...since most Icky members are neither Rhodes Scholars nor graduates of Oxford, you're left with everyone blending one (nba policy) with the other (race) in practically every instance. It's human nature to do so I would think...

Honestly, why care if a provider doesn't want to see you. I am a black hobbyist and I don't get offended if a provider has a NBA policy. It's her mouth, her vagina, her ass, so who are we to tell her who she can see. I don't think a provider who has a NBA policy is racist. It's their preference. (Dang I hope I spelled that right) I like more petite women women and that doesn't mean I hate thicker women. I do wish I could see a few of the NBA ladies but oh well. It's plenty of fish in the sea.
