The Judge could have said no, and sentenced him. It’s the Judges courtroom, not Flynn’s. You don’t understand rudementarey facts. Just like TM, you don’t know your stuff.

Yes, the Judge wanted Flynn to spill more beans on some other shady shit Flynn's associates were doing.
You do not keep up with the news very well...

Bijan Kian and Ekim Alptekin are accused in an indictment of conspiring to "covertly and unlawfully" influence U.S. public opinion and politicians, all while concealing that the Turkish government was directing their work. The campaign came during the final months of the 2016 presidential campaign while Flynn was a top surrogate for Trump's campaign.
The case sheds further light on how Flynn and those around him worked to benefit a foreign country in the months before he became one of America's top national security officials. The goal of the work was to get the United States to expel Turkish cleric Fethullah Gulen from the country.

Oh, I’m up to speed with all of it. Flynn already told Mueller all he needs to know obout those guys, that’s why they’re indicted. Seems like Flynn didn’t give Mueller anything on Trump. But hey, nobody else has either. It’s you that is the fan here. You’re rooting for anyone connected with Trump to get crucified. Equal justice and the rule of law be damned.

It's been lost because of the magnitude of Flynn's actions.
Flynn was attempting to conduct official diplomacy while a private citizen, which may be illegal under the Logan Act. He was conducting that diplomacy without authorization and was doing so with a foreign government that is trying to undermine Washington's interests around the world. And it also raises critical questions about how much the rest of the administration knew....
….Leaking national security intelligence should never be taken lightly. It could have unforeseen circumstances that put future operations, or even American lives, in danger. But in these extraordinary circumstances, it was justified.
That's because America's Russia policy is critical, and not just when it comes to defining the scope and content of relations between Washington and Moscow. It is also critical to setting the goals and means of U.S. policy on the Islamic State, Syria, Ukraine, arms control, Iran, China, and the European Union (just to name a few places where Washington's and Moscow's preferences might clash).
And with Flynn's outsized role in Trump's security and foreign policy team - given a diminished National Security Council and a lack of key appointments, such as deputy secretaries of State and Defense - if he was compromised, it would raise serious concerns about Russia's ability to influence American policy in its favour.
Those concerns outweigh Flynn's Fourth Amendment privacy rights and are symptomatic of the general

I read the link. It’s a fact that it’s illegal to unmask US citizens. The rest is the authors OPINION.

That’s what I meant. But you’re a little dense not to figure that out. You’ve been wrong about everything we’ve ever talked about. As far back as FSU/Auburn!!!

Even the MSM used the word unmasked. If they kept his name from leaking it to the press, he wouldn’t have been “unmasked”!!!!! If you’re pinning your aurgument on semantics, go ahead. It’s what you do. So, here’s a question for you, who’s going to win the SB. You have a 50% of being right. But you’ll get it wrong anyways!!!!!!!

Unmasking is what was done at the administrative level. That was perfectly legal. So the person that unmasked the redacted information did nothing illegal.
Leaking who was unmasked was what was against the law.
Many of you have confused the person responsible for unmasking as the person who leaked. Congress found that not to be true. In fact there is a good chance that a member of the GOP congress leaked Flynn unmasked name to the media.
Good question on the SB. As much as I want to see NE lose...they are protecting Brady and getting after the opposing quarterback quite well at this time. That is a tough combo in this era.
Combine that with better coaching and more disciplined players and they are going to be hard to beat

I agree on the SB. Someone leaked the unredacked document with Flynn’s name on it. Since the Obama administration was eavesdropping on Flynn, it probably came from them. Sally Yates was quick to want to charge him with a violation of the Logan act. I haven’t heard that a Republican unmasked or leaked the info. Maybe in a libtard blog. I don’t read them.

SocialistLiberalAntiTrumperPun dits know almost NOTHING about the practical side of criminal prosecutions and investigations. Just anecdotal stuff they pic up from internet gossip. They also believe others will believe them if they get testy when questioned.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/did-de...in-plain-sight
Read this Devin Numbnuts blabbed the info publicly to where anyone with half a brain knew it was Flynn.
The silly sob thought he was getting Yates in trouble when it turns out what she had done was perfectly legal.
She had to redact Flynn's name to the Trump team because they needed to know he was compromised.
Perfectly legal. David Numbnuts with his press confrences was the source of the leak!
This is why you, LL and IB have been wrong from jumpstreet.
The FISCA warrants were legal. They were obtained to listen to Tussians. Flynn got caught up because he was talking to Russians. Flynn lies about it to congress, Pence then retold Flynn's lie. Yates then had to report that Flynn had lied...she had to redact Flynns name to them . Perfectly legal. Then that goify Devin Nuness spilled the beans.
The FISA warrant was perfectly legal....after all, after all the talk about Russian interference in the 2016 election....don't you think the FBI should monitor the fucking RUSSIANS.? That is wtf they did. Nothing strange about that.
Flynn compromised himself by lying...
Since then you and others have tried to blame this on a run away train FISA Court, Sally Yates , Obama and any other number of conspiracy theories

Translation: no one said "FLYNN"!!!!!!!!!!!!
SocialistLiberalKnowNothingAnt iTrumpers are always making these global ridiculous assumptions from the absence of FACTS by using such phrases as:
"everyone knows"
"nobody knows"
"anyone who graduated from the 2nd grade knows"
"anyone with half a brain knew"
"everyone with a brain knows" ... .blah, blah, blah
The Deplorables are smarter than to bite on that bait! If the SocialistLiberalKnowNothingAnt iTrumpers don't HAVE THE FACTS they either engage in personal attacks, alleged mindreading, and/or just plain fabrication!!!!!!
The "intellectual" onion of the SocialistLiberalKnowNothingAnt iTrumpers is being peeled daily!!!!
